Belle Vista is a modern comfortable house that can sleep 10 people. The Villa lies at the top of a hill and has incredible views over Ibiza Town, Salinas and Formentera. However, it also has very good access to Ibiza Town, no more than 10 minutes in a car. Beaches are 10 minutes drive and shops are a mere 2 to 3 minutes drive. Belle Vista has 5 double bedrooms. 4 doubles and 1 twin room. Upstairs has air conditioning. There are 3 bathroom/showers, one being en-suite. Additionally, there are a few terraces ideal for those lazy afternoons, admiring the stunning views of Ibiza. There is also a living area and a sun lounge connected to the master bedrooms. Downstairs, there is a living room dining area that is well furnished. Here you can find a TV, DVD and CD player. Outside the views are spectacular from the terraces as well as from the beautiful Infinity Pool. There are plenty of areas to sunbathe here and enough spaces to park your cars. The Villa has easy access to Ibiza Town, all the beaches and naturally all the nightlife. You can probably see what’s going on from your terraces before you go out at night. In Belle Vista you can have a peaceful chilled out holiday, but never be to far from the action.

It is 4 mins drive from Ibiza Town, 4 mins from Playa Den Bossa, 5 mins drive to Cala Jondal beach and 5 mins drive to Salinas. For those of you who love tennis or paddle tennis there is a wonderful country club with a restaurant 1 minute walk for the house. The house is also 200 meters from a supermarket and public transport. It is very convenient. You enter the property through an electric gate where you can park your car. You enter the house through a hall way. Straight ahead is a large sitting room, with comfortable sofas, dining area, a large flat screen TV, music system and DVD. There is a modern kitchen with all the modern appliances which leads off the sitting room.

A state of the art modern house, this house is as good as it gets. This villa can sleep 8/9. You enter the house into a large living area with large glass doors. To your left is a modern kitchen; to the back of the house are 2 en-suite double bedrooms. One bedroom has its own hydro massage shower with its own radio system; the other has its own en-suite shower, which can also be used as the shower for the pool. Upstairs are 2 modern bedrooms. One is a double bedroom en-suite, the other is an amazing master bedroom with is own massive walk-in wardrobe and a jacuzzi that sits half inside and half outside. Both bedrooms are connected to an enormous balcony which looks over the garden and has views of Ibiza Town. There are more steps to a 3rd floor which is the roof, from here there are amazing views of the countryside, Formentera and Ibiza Town. There is also a chill out area for those warm summer evenings.
